The Island Runner® Limited Warranty |

ISLAND RUNNER, LLC ("Manufacturer") warrants to the original purchaser of Hull No. ________ (the "Hull"), that Manufacturer shall repair any damage (i) to the Hull caused by major structural defects occurring under normal use and service within ten (10) years from date of purchase by the original purchaser, subject to the limitations set forth below, and (ii) to the remainder of the boat caused by defects in materials or construction occurring under normal use and service within one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser, subject to the limitations set forth below. This limited warranty is limited to materials and labor. ADDITIONAL TERMS 1. The limited warranty is voided as to any hull or boat that has been altered, subject to misuse, negligence, placed in rental or commercial use, involved in an accident or otherwise damaged, or powered by more than: one (1) motor or 225 horsepower for the 21 foot hull; two (2) motors or 400 total horsepower for the 26 foot hull; or two (2) motors or 500 total horsepower for the 31 door hull. 2. Excluded from Manufacturer's limited warranty are accessories furnished by third party suppliers, such as outboard motors, electronics, T-Tops and other fabricated accessories. 3. All warranty repairs are to be done at the Manufacturer's designated facility. It is the boat owner's responsibility to deliver the boat to the Manufacturer's designated facility for any repair or replacement work covered by this limited warranty. Any work requested by purchaser and performed by Manufacturer which is not covered by this limited warranty, including the removal or replacement of parts or materials covered by warranties other than Manufacturer's limited warranty, shall be billed to and paid by purchaser at Manufacturer's regular shop and parts prices. 4. This limited warranty is only assignable by completing an assignment form available from Manufacturer and returning it to Manufacturer along with One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) processing fee. The transfer form and the payment of the transfer fee must be received by Manufacturer within thirty (30) days of transfer of ownership. 5. THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY MANUFACTURER. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE TO THE PURCHASER. MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR USE OF THE PRODUCT OR FOR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE PURCHASER OR BY ANY OTHER PARTY, EVEN IF MANUFACTURER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR EXPENSES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. ISLAND RUNNER, LLC |
